Late re-enrolment
If you miss the timely re-enrolment dates, you can re-enrol during the late re-enrolment period:
- 28 November – 11 December 2026
- a late fee applies
- you will not lose your place in your course if you re-enrol by the late period deadline
- use the Web Enrolment System (WES) to re-enrol.
Dates for the next late re-enrolment period are added to this page each April.
Check miscellaneous fees for the late re-enrolment fee. This is due with your semester one fees the following academic year.
Failure to re-enrol
If you fail to re-enrol by the end of the late re-enrolment period, the University no longer considers you a current student.
Apply to re-enrol
To see if you can re-enrol into your course, you'll need to submit an application for your managing faculty to assess.
If your faculty agrees to re-enrol you, a late enrolment fee will be charged. For the current amount, see miscellaneous fees.
If you're studying coursework at an Australian campus or location, you can use the online application.
Research degree students can submit the Re-enrolment Application Form (PDF, 0.35 MB) to the Monash Graduate Research Office (MGRO). Details are on the form.
Monash Online students can submit the Re-enrolment Application Form (PDF, 0.35 MB) to the student adviser team at monashonline-help@monash.edu.
All other students should contact student services on your campus.
