The final assessment period can be a really stressful time. If you need help dealing with stress or anxiety, help is only a phone call away.

Where to get help

You can make an in-person appointment on campus with one of our counsellors, or you can request a Telehealth (video) consultation.

If you're a Monash student, your appointment will be free.
