Swim Fit
Swim Fit Classes are designed for members and casual users of The Doug Ellis Swimming Pool who wish to add swimming to their health and fitness routine.
Benefits
Swimming is a great way to improve cardiorespiratory fitness and endurance. It is also a great all-over body workout, increasing core strength and muscle tone in a non-impact environment. It is also a proven recovery method.
Classes are conducted by AUSTSWIM-qualified instructors, designed to increase fitness levels whilst providing stroke correction and instruction to improve swimming technique.
Whether you are a recreational swimmer, want to improve your fitness and swimming ability or have goals of participating in open water or other aquatic events, these classes are for you*.
