Group Fitness
Improve your health with any of our fun and motivating Group Fitness Classes! Led by our inspiring and knowledgeable instructors, we offer a wide variety of classes throughout the week. Regardless of what your health and fitness goals are, we have a class that will benefit you.
All classes can be altered and adjusted to suit any fitness level, meaning you can participate in any class with the piece of mind that you’ll be training in a safe and welcoming environment. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat for the required classes which include; body attack, body balance, body pump, body step, pilates, power bar and yoga. Please be sure to bring your own boxing inners which are required for the Focus Boxing class. Alternatively, yoga mats and boxing inners can be purchased at a Monash Sport service desk.
