Group Fitness

Due to capacity restrictions, group fitness classes are limited to 10 participants per class. We highly recommend you book your group fitness class online and in advance during this time to avoid disappointment.

  • Clayton group fitness classes reopen to members-only.
  • Caulfield and Peninsula group fitness classes reopen for members and casuals.
  • Due to capacity limits, Run Monash will not run on Tuesday 3 August.

Improve your health with any of our fun and motivating Group Fitness Classes! Led by our inspiring and knowledgeable instructors, we offer a wide variety of classes throughout the week. Regardless of what your health and fitness goals are, we have a class that will benefit you.

All classes can be altered and adjusted to suit any fitness level, meaning you can participate in any class with the piece of mind that you’ll be training in a safe and welcoming environment.
