Group Fitness

Update 17/6/21: We’re coming back! From Friday 18 June, limited facilities, services and programs across our three sites (Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula) reopen. Due to density limits, our group fitness classes reopen to members-only. Our revised group fitness class timetables are now live. Classes can be booked four days prior to the class time and are to be booked online via the My Monash Sport Portal. On arrival, please collect your class ticket from the kiosk.

You may notice one of our temporary Clayton group fitness class locations is listed as the Leaders Room. This room is located in the Main Pavilion opposite the Frearson Football Oval.

All classes can be altered and adjusted to suit any fitness level, meaning you can participate in any class with the piece of mind that you’ll be training in a safe and welcoming environment.
