When you represent Monash, you are a part of Team Monash! We support and enable the University community by entering teams into Varsity competitions, governing 37 Sporting Clubs and coordinating the Elite Student Performer Scheme.

Whether you're looking for something specific or want to try something new, we have a sports club for you. Explore more than 37 recreational, competitive and instructional sporting clubs! Make friends, train, compete, get out and about, explore and upskill in a range of recreational and instructional sports, whatever your level of fitness or experience.
Varsity Sport
Monash Varsity Sport takes your university experience to the next level! It’s about competition, community and unforgettable experiences. Our student-athletes build skills, form lasting connections and represent Monash across regional, national and international events. Varsity sport is where ambition meets opportunity, and where athletes compete at the highest levels while representing Monash University with pride.
Elite Student Performer Support
Monash University is committed to helping its students combine academic success with sporting or performing arts success through our Elite Student Performer Scheme. We provide a range of support services and benefits to students who are competing or performing at an elite level in their sport or discipline (ie at the National or International level).
