Monash is proud to be joining the New Balance University Basketball League (UBL) in 2026, bringing a whole new game-day atmosphere to campus and uniting our students, staff and broader community. From August to October, Monash will compete against 13 other universities from across Australia in this national basketball league. For our students, that means free home games at Clayton and Peninsula, big crowds, music, food, entertainment and a new reason to get involved in campus life.

The Indigenous Nationals is a week-long multisport competition for Indigenous student athletes. Next year marks the 31st event and will be hosted at James Cook University in Townsville.
