SWAP Flex

In collaboration with Monash Sport and Monash Wellbeing the SWAP Flex pass has now been expanded. Staff can now purchase a pass to access Group Fitness, Fitness Centre or Aquatics.

  • SWAP Flex Group Fitness:  Access to group fitness classes across Clayton, Caulfield and Peninsula
  • SWAP Flex Fitness Centre: Access to Monash Sport Fitness Centre at Clayton, Caulfield and Peninsula
  • SWAP Flex Aquatic: Access to Doug Ellis Swimming Pool Swim, Spa, Sauna and Steam Room Visit. Or Swim Fit classes

What does a SWAP Flex include?

  • A 10-class visit pass that staff can purchase online.
  • The SWAP Flex Group Fitness pass allows staff to attend any of the classes on the group fitness timetable
  • All passes expire after 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • The pass is attached to your staff ID card.
  • All passes cost $120, which equates to $12 per class.
  • Once a staff member has used all 10 class visits on their pass, they can simply purchase a new SWAP Flex online.

To purchase a SWAP Flex, please follow the process below:

  1. Visit the Monash Shop and log in by clicking on the top right-hand corner with your authcate.
  2. Select SWAP Flex or search by typing in SWAP Flex.
  3. Once you find your product, please fill in all the details in the registration form.
  4. Add the item(s) into your cart and proceed to payment (by clicking the trolley item). Each individual attending the program must pay for themselves. Payments should not be made by others on behalf of someone else.
  5. If your faculty or division subsidises these programs, please insert the voucher code on the second page before proceeding to make payment. Under no circumstances are payments to be made by cost centre and fund. All payments need to be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal only.

Please note a SWAP Flex pass can only be used for the activity it is purchased for it is not transferable to another area. Faculty and divisional subsidies are available, please speak with your department and/or faculty administrators before making payment.

On successful payment of your SWAP Flex: 

  • Print off your customer receipt – (note: your details in Shop Monash must match your staff I.D. card)
  • Please allow two business days for Monash Sport to verify your purchase and process your SWAP Flex.
  • Visit Monash Sport to activate your SWAP Flex (please bring your staff I.D as this will be synced to the database to become your SWAP Flex card)
  • Book a group fitness class
