Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs)
Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) are elected workers who represent their Designated Work Group (DWG) in health and safety matters. Their role includes:
- identifying and raising health and safety concerns
- consulting with workers and management to improve safety
- participating in inspections and incident investigations
- promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing.
