Staff are encouraged to seek support and report psychosocial hazards, concerns or incidents so they can be addressed early.

Support at Monash

Support is available for staff who may be impacted by psychosocial hazards or challenging work experiences. Accessing support is encouraged and does not replace the organisation’s responsibility to manage work-related risks.

University Health Services (UHS) Medical care, mental health support and telehealth appointments
Employee Assistance Program (EAP - TelusHealth)
  • 24/7 free, external, and confidential support for staff and their immediate family.
  • Face-to-face, phone, online or live chat support
  • Up to six sessions per issue

Respectful and Ethical Conduct (REC)

  • Manages investigations into bullying, harassment, and discrimination
  • Provides advice on resolving unacceptable behaviour
