Benefits of the role

  • Leadership experience in culture and wellbeing

  • Training and access to resources that will support your growth

  • A chance to make a real impact on your colleagues’ daily experience

  • Recognition as a wellbeing ambassador within the organisation

What’s involved

Wellbeing Champions are responsible for promoting engagement with health and wellbeing events and programs suitable for their area.

Wellbeing Champions get together regularly throughout the year – it's an opportunity to prepare for upcoming events and share your ideas and success stories.

As the main point of contact for wellbeing in your area, Wellbeing Champions are responsible for keeping up-to-date with our wellbeing events and newsletter items, and sharing relevant opportunities with colleagues to promote engagement.

Wellbeing Champions gather feedback about the wellbeing activities run for their area and evaluate their programs by reflecting on what’s working well, what could be improved and potential solutions.
