Law Dean’s Career Advice for Postgrad Law students

Prof Bryan Horrigan

Professor Bryan Horrigan is the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Law at Monash University and he is passionate about discovering and sharing the tactics of career success for Monash Law students.

On Monday 19 January, Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Laws (LLM) students will have an opportunity to hear the legal career advice that Professor Horrigan has gleaned from successful alumni. During an intimate presentation, the Dean will outline the key steps to take for a broad range of careers to capitalise on your Monash Law qualification.

Students will also have the chance to put their specific questions to Professor Horrigan.

This is likely to be your last chance to hear from Professor Horrigan in his role as Executive Dean of the Law Faculty before he steps down as the longest serving Law Dean in Monash University and currently the longest serving Law Dean in Australia.

If you’re a Monash Law JD or LLM students and you’re ready to reserve your seat at this free, yet invaluable event, please use this form to register your attendance.

While you wait, here’s some recent videos of Professor Bryan Horrigan speaking to a Rhodes Scholar Monash Law alumni, former High Court Chief Justice, and sharing his own career advice.
