In/Flux
Join us at the MADA Gallery for an exhibition of work - In/Flux curated by PhD Candidate Nnenna Okore.
My research interrogates how art practice concerned with waste issues engenders learning, artistic experience, environmental awareness, and sustainable practices through socio-material entanglement with bioplastic. To bring people closer to waste problems, I invite visceral interactions with my bioplastic artworks to promote ecological discourse in the contemporary art field. Through a call-and-response approach, my research enables viewers to connect with bio-art materials in edifying and transformative ways.
