As a university student, I have observed many people in my life struggle with the issues of mental health, particularly young adults. I conducted extensive design research to uncover some further insight into the topic. This was done through focus groups, engaging people in activities and speaking with a psychologist to gain an insight from a professional perspective. This new understanding was presented in a publication to inform readers.
