I Can’t Help but Dream focuses on creating a spiralling dreamscape to immerse viewers using installation, film, and sound. Having created a series of glass sculptures, made from crystal homewares, She’s hinted at the shape and use of a lens to suggest a second eye, the one that we use to remember our dreams. When projected through with a film depicting a compilation of remade dreams, the crystal glass sculptures create dream-like qualities, softening the visuals, producing an array of colours flickering throughout the room, and distorting the images which suggest to the confusion of trying to recall a dream.
