Hello, my name is Nick, I am a designer and problem solver. As a designer I often consider my own social responsibility and how I can inspire others to acknowledge theirs. I have a keen interest in sports and product design which influenced ‘Zyclus’.

Project Description:
Zyclus is a system of design which tackles the issues of fast fashion within the footwear industry. Acknowledging the advantages of merging sport and social responsibility together, a modular and sustainable football (soccer) boot has been designed. Through the power of 3D printing and generative design, Zyclus empowers its end users to produce their very own football boot which has a sustainable circular life cycle. These boots combat current issues in football boot design such as their materiality and longevity.
