Sam is a Mechanical Engineer and Industrial Designer with a strong passion for MedTech. Working in a healthcare engineering firm and heading up the Projects Branch of MYMI (Monash Young MedTech Innovators), he sees the skills gained from both degrees enabling him to better design for those in need.

For his final Industrial Design Studio, Sam designed an Automated Pharmaceutical Dispensing Machine with the aim to reduce drugs and packaging going to landfill and to increase operational efficiency in the hospital wards.
