S²Home is a mobile app based on a smart home management and use systems for share house. This app has two client systems.
Management system: for the manager or landlord of share house. Through the management system, the manager can add and manage smart devices and users of the devices.
User system: for the tenant lived in share house. Through the use system, all tenants in the share house have their own personal accounts. They can control and use the device through the app as well as get feedback on their own electricity usage and bills.
S²Home aims for a fair bill distribution for housemates with different living habits.
