Throughout my master, I have worked on a range of briefs including branding, web design, typography. As a passionate self-taught graphic designer, I have an interest in working in different design areas in creative environments. By working on a range of projects which helped me to gain a deeper understanding of each aspect that is needed for graphic design. Three years of univ life taking my skills further and having done a vast amount of training in software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Muse, Illustrator, After Effect and Premiere Pro. I have improved the quality of my work and my software skills.
Chen Xiaoyan, Kingdom Hospital
The video is to create an innovative and contemporary opening title sequence for a TV series that are remakes of Kingdom Hospital. This animation set the tone of the TV series, giving audiences a sense of genre and pacing. Project objective is to engage and excite the audience by alluding to some of the topics, themes and challenges the character(s) will be facing.
Chen Xiaoyan, Orange Bellied Parrot
Action for animal is a motion graphic video about environment issue. The threats of orange-bellied parrots are mainly the destruction of forest fires, competition for food with invasive species, and eating poisonous plants by mistake. The number of orange- bellied parrots is very rare. Although there is a steady or slight increase in one of the breeding areas, the overall population is still declining. They are therefore listed as critically endangered by the World Conservation Union.

Motion graphic that showcases the brand design for the spring water favour that I have designed the identity graphics for. Show the brand design in motion and also show possibilities for its application across a range of media. The packaging design inspired by famous Artists on the oil painting of the World. The name of Nymph inspired by Greek mythological story. The nude figure and a vibrant visual language, the Nymph line of juices introduces vibrancy and sensuality.

A promotional sequence is a critical part of a TV stations brand identity. This project requires to create the concept design for a design sequence that promotes a new digital television channel. Delicious is new food channel which provides recipe ideas, videos, healthy eating advice, party ideas and cooking techniques from international top chefs. The program of this channel are particularly designed to target amateur cooks (even trying to attract and motivate an audience who can’t cook at all- but like to eat!)
