Lu Xu

I’m Lu Xu. I have liked drawing since I was a child, and I am very interested in design and art. Therefore, although I don’t have a design background, I still chose to study multimedia design at Monash University. I have gained a lot from studying at Monash, I like making animations and 3D modeling now. And I really want to thank my teachers and classmates, they encouraged me a lot. I believe I will go further and further on the road of a designer.

Lu Xu, Body shame animation

Women are disciplined that their value comes from their appearance and figure at a very young age. Many women feel ashamed of their bodies because of external comments. This project aims to focus on body shame and raising more people's awareness of the social issue through animation. I hope through this animation, more people can realize that we can do something to make the world better.

Lu Xu, Package design

This project aims to build a new chocolate brand New Days and design for it. This part is the package design for three different flavours of chocolates.

An ad animation for mixed berries flavour.

Lu Xu, Painted Skin animation

This frame-by-frame animation is part of a group AR project, which depicts part of the plot in the film Painted Skin.

Lu Xu, Stylescape

This is a brand design project, aimed to create a theme for a flavored spring water launched by SAYUNA so that it appeals to young, health-conscious audiences. And this is the stylescape for the project.
