Yuxi Liu, 'Wonderland'
In this project, I consider adopting a suitable and innovative approach to complete the prototype work, mitigate the impact of the urban heat island effect on heat-vulnerable groups, and increase public awareness and community engagement with environmental temperature issues. We will leverage meteorological data analysis and spatial planning technologies to design a smart application that provides real-time temperature information and personalized recommendations. By using this application, residents can understand the extent of the urban heat island effect in their respective areas and take appropriate actions to reduce heat stress risks.

Irregular and undernourished diets have become common among adolescents nowadays. This is primarily because teenagers are in a critical period of physical and mental development, which increases their dietary needs. However, they often need to pay more attention to healthy eating due to various pressures such as academic stress and social media influence.
To address this issue, NutriU is an application designed to help users establish healthy eating habits. It offers a range of valuable features, including the ability to record dietary intake, access to healthy recipes, and yoga workouts. By using NutriU, users can better understand their eating habits and develop healthier diet plans.

Desserts are a favorite cuisine for many people. With the widespread use of smartphones, the KenGee app aims to provide a platform for dessert recipes and purchasing desserts and deliver a pleasant and convenient user experience through its interface design.
We have made several improvements to the app's interface to enhance user satisfaction. Firstly, we have adjusted the overall color palette, opting for softer and more soothing colors. This creates a comfortable and relaxed ambiance for users, contributing to an enjoyable app experience. Furthermore, I have introduced daily bakes and personalized recommendations, facilitating faster and easier discovery of desired desserts.

SnoozeMate is designed to optimize people's sleep experience by relieving mental stress, improving living environments, and providing healthy lifestyles, thereby helping people achieve high-quality sleep. SnoozeMate has multiple functions, including providing Sleep meditation music and hypnosis lamp, adjusting indoor temperature, and providing health advice and psychological support, to meet the needs of different users. These functions aim to improve sleep quality and help users achieve a healthier and more comfortable lifestyle.

As catastrophic climate change disrupts the delicate balance of ecosystems worldwide, the Earth enters a self-healing mode. Human lives are also dramatically affected, as they confront an immense challenge—the impending end of the world. In this scenario, let's consider the dangers that Michelle, an ordinary person, would face.
In this animation, created using Maya, Michelle's character faces a different danger. The three movements—running, long jumping, and falling off a cliff with an unstable center of gravity.

In this model created and rendered in Maya, I have infused the objects with vivid storytelling, bringing them to life. The objects in the model include chess pieces, a plastic water cup, and headphones.
Through meticulously designed scenes, these objects exhibit unique characters and narratives. Dramatic lighting and shadows enhance the bravery and strength of the chess pieces as they gracefully move on a red cloth. Each object has its distinct appearance and features, seemingly imbued with emotions and personalities.
