Hafsa Ali Mohamed, Lost in a Garden - Drinking Water App
Almost like you fell down a rabbit hole and land onto a field filled with radiant, illuminating flowers, so much so that you are unable to see the grass below it or even a way out. However you realise you don’t want to leave just yet for the garden seems to be calling your name and you decide to pick out the flowers to make a bouquet to remember the garden by.
This application delivers an ethereal and seamless user experience through a calming visual language, clear information hierarchy, and intuitive interactions that guide users effortlessly through the interface.

A blooming reminder to drink water.
These vibrant, translucent flowers are part of Lost in the Garden, a water drinking app that transforms hydration into a ritual of calm and beauty. Each bloom grows with every sip, a playful, ethereal way to track progress and encourage mindful drinking. The garden becomes more radiant as you stay hydrated, turning a simple daily task into something visual, soothing, and worth returning to.
Hafsa Ali Mohamed, From Thought to Note - Instantly Noted
With increasing mental load and little time to reflect, I set out to design a tool that encourages people to speak freely and process their thoughts in a way that feels natural and emotionally aware. Rather than replacing human reflection, the AI acts as a gentle guide to help users navigate their minds.
In a world where tech often pushes quick fixes, Noted supports users in strengthening their internal dialogue. Through voice interaction and thoughtful design, it creates a safe space for engaging with overwhelming thoughts and fostering self-connection.

To begin, users select the moods that best reflect how they’re feeling in the moment. This step isn’t about narrowing emotion, but about recognising it. The selected moods are then used by the AI to generate a tailored prompt, one that gently encourages reflection based on the user’s current emotional state. This creates a more relevant and compassionate starting point, helping users ease into expression and giving space to what might otherwise go unspoken.
Hafsa Ali Mohamed, Personal Dashboard
This personal dashboard is a modular and visually dynamic interface designed to enhance daily wellbeing and productivity. It presents key information through clear data visualisation while maintaining an intuitive and engaging user experience. Each section is designed to function independently, offering flexibility and allowing users to focus on what matters most to them at any given time.
A bold, modular interface that uses high-contrast colours, strong typography, and clear visual hierarchy to support fast, intuitive navigation. The playful design balances functionality and personality, making daily interactions feel both engaging and effortless.
Hafsa Ali Mohamed, Rasa Indonesia - Campaign
These posters reflect my approach as a UX/UI designer who values clarity, emotion, and storytelling. The campaign promotes a movement encouraging travellers to visit lesser-known destinations to combat overtourism and support authentic experiences. Like designing a digital product, it uses hierarchy, typography, and imagery to guide attention, evoke feeling, and inspire action. The layout functions like an interface, balancing impact with readability and using rhythm to create pauses. These posters invite, orient, and build trust through thoughtful, human-centred design.
