Sizhe Jin, 3D modelling virtual space
This project was created using Maya. It demonstrates the ability to use 3D imaging software to create environments and objects, understand the principles of three-dimensional design in relation to objects and space, and apply surface qualities, lighting, textures, and imported graphic files to elements within a 3D composition.
By referencing three-view photographs of real objects, the model was recreated according to the proportions of the original object. Materials and textures were then applied to the model, followed by three-point lighting to illuminate the scene. Finally, camera movement was used to create an animated presentation of the completed 3D model.

The project began with the brand positioning of CRUNCHWORKS. A brand logo was designed with handwritten-style typography as the core visual element, and it was then applied to both the packaging design and the opening sequence of the animation.
The animation presents three product flavours. Each packaging design uses a distinct main colour palette, flavour typography, product imagery, and back-of-pack nutrition information to create a complete packaging visual system.
