Indiana Coole

Indiana Coole is an artist and performer based in Melbourne. She trained in Performance Making at WAAPA and received first class Honours in the Fine Art program at Monash in 2019.

Wire Loop is an investigation into choreography in the expanded field. From mushroom to bicycle, this research brings together two main projects that explore choreography as material practice and performance. The work questions ways movement can be integrated within a system, rather than focussing on individual gestures in a dance.
