Elham began her role as Senior Research Officer at the Transfusion Research Unit in April 2023.

Elham holds a PhD in epidemiology from Tehran University of Medical Science (Iran) and has experience in clinical epidemiology, clinical trial coordination, and research analytics. Elham recently worked as an assistant professor at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in the fields of ophthalmology, eye health, and prevention of blindness and non-communicable diseases.
