Ms Christelle Young is currently the Chief Strategy and Analytics Officer for L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand.

She is an experienced analytics executive with extensive experience in both industry and consulting, creating and developing world class teams to add value through analytics.

She had more than seven years experience in industry before moving into management consulting within the data analytics specialist team at Kearney.

After her time at Kearney, she was the General Manager for Transformation and Analytics at Toll Group. For two years, she co-lead the Global Analytics Impact Index with Kearney and Melbourne Business School, which is now widely adopted globally.

She has consulted with numerous local and global corporations across a variety of industries, implementing analytics solutions to create further value.

Ms Young has a Bachelor of Information Technology majoring in Information Systems from Monash University and a Master of Business Analytics from Melbourne Business School.
