You can apply for a replacement graduation certificate by filling out the Application for a Replacement Testamur form and submitting it in person to the Monash Connect location on your campus or by posting it to:

In the week following your graduation round, you’ll receive your official academic record in digital format. This will be emailed to you once it’s available. Details on how to obtain a copy of your academic transcript or replacement testamur can be found here.

Archived editions of the Handbook are available on the Monash website back to 1995. You can view them here. For hard copies up to and including the 2008 edition (the last hard copy edition), refer to holdings in the Monash University Library.
