I am Samuel, International Alumni Engagement and Events Manager - North America. I have been working in the international events industry for over 15 years and have been based in the United States since 2019. I have a BA in Marketing and Event Management and an MA in Event Management, specialising in Entertainment Events. I work strategically with the Alumni Engagement team in Australia to develop, implement and deliver a range of programs and services for Alumni throughout the US.

From professional events, social gatherings, and everything in-between, we are all about connecting, engaging, and encouraging each other. As a fellow expat (of Ireland) I understand the importance of surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals, particularly when learning how best to navigate new experiences or certain situations in a different country. As a Monash University alumni, you are lucky enough to already be surrounded by a broad community of people across the United States of America, as well as the deep-rooted Alumni network back home.
