Roll of Honorary Doctorates
The Honorary Doctorate is the highest honour the University can confer on an individual and was first awarded in 1966.
It is a special honour to recognise professional or academic distinction, outstanding service to the community or significant contribution to the arts, industry or the business world.
Recent examples include Dion Weisler, the former CEO of Hewlett Packard; the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court the Honourable Marilyn Warren and Nobel Prize winning scientist Dr Brian Kobilka.
