You won't automatically graduate when you finish your course – you need to apply even when you're not attending a ceremony. Check upcoming rounds for deadlines and apply here.
You can apply for a replacement graduation certificate by filling out the Application for a Replacement Testamur form and submitting it in person to the Monash Connect location on your campus or by posting it to:
