With more than 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Ms Pownall has worked for award winning, integrated agencies, including management roles at global groups such as Publicis, McCann and now By All Means.
Ms Pownall has also worked as a Product Manager for the iconic Barbie brand at Mattel and started her career at the Aboriginal Economic Development Office in Marketing and Arts.
Her communications experience extends across practically every business category with extensive experience in the retail, beauty, financial services, FMCG, automotive, alcoholic beverages, insurance, health, tourism, sport, gaming, for-purpose (not-for-profit), education and property industries.
Ms Pownall has been lucky enough to partner with clients to build brands such as NAB, ANZ, ME Bank, Target, CB, L’Oreal, Maybelline, VRC, Vitasoy, Metro Trains, Bulla Dairy, NBL, Moro Olive Oil Always Fresh Olives, Heinz, Michelin, Lifestyle Communities and Nutrien Ag Solutions.
Ms Pownall’s interest in overall business, senior management and leadership issues led her to complete her Master of Business Administration in 2012 at Monash University and pursue agency management roles.
