Ms Rhonda Arnott holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law with Honours graduating from Monash University in 1996.

Following her graduation, Ms Arnott embarked on a path in law, driven by her passion for justice and advocacy. Early in her career, she established B2B Lawyers a Melbourne based boutique law firm known for its commitment to client service and legal innovation. In this role, Ms Arnott demonstrated her exceptional skills in strategy, commercial negotiation, and legal acumen.

Parallel to her legal career, Ms Arnott has also made significant contributions to the world of finance and investment. She currently holds the dual role as General Counsel and Deputy Chair of Costa Asset Management, where she plays a pivotal role in implementing investment strategies for a prominent Geelong-based family office. Her expertise in economics and law, coupled with her strategic vision, has been instrumental in driving growth and success in the competitive financial landscape.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Ms Arnott is deeply engaged in philanthropy and community service. She has served as the Chair of the Christina Noble Childrens Foundation (Aust) which supported the longest serving NGO in Vietnam and Mongolia. She currently serves as the Chair of the Anthony Costa Foundation, the largest benefactor in the Greater Geelong area.  She channels her passion for giving back into meaningful initiatives that support children through education, ensuring people a safe place to live and creating vibrant communities.

In addition to her professional and philanthropic pursuits, Ms Arnott is also an avid adventurer and fitness enthusiast. Her recent achievement includes completing the Kokoda Track as part of the Geelong Youth Engagement Kokoda program mentoring young people and stands as a testament to her resilience, determination, and adventurous spirit.
