Mrs Turner began her career at Caulfield Grammar, where she progressed through various leadership roles and developed her passion for curriculum leadership and student-focused innovation. She subsequently served as Deputy Principal and Head of Senior School at Firbank Grammar, championing student voice, respectful relationships and excellence in teaching and learning. At Peninsula Grammar, Mrs Turner is leading an ambitious programme of strategic development, with a focus on strengthening teaching and learning, enriching student experiences and building a connected, collaborative and future-focused school community. Central to her leadership is the conviction that meaningful and lasting progress is achieved through people, and that leadership is ultimately an act of service to others.

Mrs Turner holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws, a Diploma of Education and a Diploma in Dance, reflecting the breadth of her interests and her appreciation of both analytical thinking and creative expression.
