He joined Deloitte in 1992 to start a career as a technology consultant and has spent the past three decades supporting clients across Asia, the US and Australia with complex technology strategies and transformation programs of work.
Adam became a Deloitte Partner in 2002 and led the Australian Technology Consulting practice for five years (2005-2010) during which he established the Digital, Analytics and SAP practices of Deloitte. In 2010, Adam joined the Deloitte Australia executive team as national leader of the Deloitte’s Australia Consulting practice and led this team for five years through a period of
significant growth and transformation.

Adam was the Clients & Industry leader for Deloitte’s global US$20B consulting practice for three years responsible for all global client relationship, industry, sales and growth programs. In 2018, Deloitte brought together all major practices across Asia Pacific into one entity and Adam was appointed the inaugural Asia Pacific Consulting leader responsible for managing 15,000 professionals more than 20 countries. These roles have provided Adam with invaluable global leadership experience in addition to lifetime platinum status with our national airline, Qantas.
Outside of work Adam is married with three ostensibly grown up children, is a long suffering Essendon supporter, and enjoys cricket, golf, travel, wine, writing and the search for the perfect dumpling.
