Natalie Truong is the Chief Marketing Officer for EY Oceania, responsible for the strategic delivery of brand, marketing & communication capabilities across Australia, New Zealand, PNG, and Fiji. In her role, she drives demand generation, revenue growth, and client-centric partnerships, ensuring the EY brand is prominently positioned throughout the region.
Natalie brings a wealth of experience across B2C and B2B marketing, having worked in diverse industries such as professional services, financial services, superannuation, and telecommunications. Her career has spanned Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East, giving her deep insights into varied markets and consumer behaviors.
Before joining EY, Natalie held senior marketing and commercial roles in leading organizations. At Mercer, she was instrumental in shaping the company's marketing strategy, driving growth and client engagement. During her time at ANZ Banking Group and the Bank of Melbourne (Westpac), she developed customer-centric marketing initiatives that strengthened brand loyalty and expanded market share. Her leadership at IOOF and CPA Australia highlighted her ability to navigate complex, regulated industries, delivering impactful marketing campaigns that resonated with both stakeholders and clients.
Natalie has also made significant contributions through her board roles. She currently serves on the Board of Pride Cup, advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports. Previously, she was on the board of Gay Games Hong Kong, The Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation, and served as the Chair of The Marketing Society, Hong Kong. These roles reflect her commitment to using her professional expertise to drive positive social change.
