The Monash Homestay Accommodation Service (HAS) is looking for families to provide accommodation to international students studying at the Monash College city campus.

Each year, HAS places more than 2000 students with Australian families who offer a bedroom, a warm welcome, and assistance in settling in to life in Melbourne.

Hosts enjoy sharing what they love about Melbourne, learning about a new culture and the chance to make a real difference to a student’s life.

Without the generosity of our host families, it would not be possible to provide this service.

We anticipate an even greater demand in 2014 so we are asking for your help.

If your home is in the vicinity of either our City campus at 222 Bourke Street, or our Monash Clayton campus, and not too far from public transport, we’d love to hear from you.

Your assistance will help another student enjoy their education at Monash.
