Reuse Centre delivery and pick up information
We do not offer delivery for private purchases. Customers must arrange their own transport and book a time to collect from our Clayton warehouse. We can assist with loading items into your vehicle. Once your order is ready we will contact you.
Pick ups and browsing are available on Tuesdays 9am – 3pm.

Monash parking permits apply on site however there are 2 free 30 minute parking bays available for visitors located just opposite our roller door.
Monash University purchases – department customers
Once your order is ready we will arrange the delivery through an Access BPD work order request on your behalf. The university contractor will then contact you to confirm a suitable day and time.
Payment
When visiting our warehouse you can pay on the spot via the online store and take items immediately. We do not accept cash or offer EFTPOS, so make sure you bring your smart phone or laptop when you visit.
