The Sleeptite REMi system provides an end-to-end non-invasive monitoring and alert system to help aged care facilities keep their residents safe.
Monash University’s Design Health Collab worked with Sleeptite and researchers from the RMIT Functional Materials and Microsystems Research Group to generate improvements to the Sleeptite REMi design assets, including the UX interfaces and hardware.
We drew upon our user-centred design expertise to maximise the potential of hardware and software that can be seamlessly integrated into aged care workflows to increase efficiency for staff while passively monitoring residents.
The combined impact of this work will ensure a seamless experience of both the lived experience of using the technology as well as the digital experience.
