Dr Dion Tuckwell
Dion Tuckwell (PhD) is a communication design lecturer and researcher specialising in interdisciplinary practice research. His work has contributed to various Australian Research Council projects, where he has developed practice-based collaborative design methods for complex social research.
Dion has worked as a communication designer in several multidisciplinary studios in Melbourne and as a teacher in a variety of private and public educational settings. His current research explores how design practice intervenes with models of adult learning. He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Melbourne Graduate School of Education and completed his PhD at Monash, focusing on the intersection of design and learning.
