Experience Days: Design workshop - Designing for good
Join us for a design workshop to see what it's like to study at Monash University
Design impacts our lives in everyway and it shapes how we live in and relate to the world. From communication design, to industrial design through to spatial design, the value of good designs ensures our interactions are constructive and positive.
Join us to explore how ‘good designs’ where your design thinking, design making, and everyday technologies can generate outcomes that respond to the real needs of our society.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the value and impact of designing for good with examples of Monash's works from the Good Design Awards and to develop and make your own designs in our workshop spaces.
Additionally, you could develop your concepts further for it to be considered for the 2026 Monash Design Prize competition for Year 10-12 students.
