This project has focused on elevating the application of off-site construction within the building industry. Traditional industry practices often rely on anecdotal evidence to champion the benefits of off-site construction, with a significant gap in the integration and collaboration amongst design consultants, developers, and builders.

Through a partnership with Sumitomo Forestry Australia, the project's core objective was to document, benchmark, and propose enhancements for an off-site timber pilot project located in Malvern East, Melbourne. By methodically quantifying the benefits and suggesting areas for improvement, the project aimed to demonstrate the comprehensive value of adopting off-site timber construction methods in modern building practices.
