Productivity data capture in construction is rare, often inaccurate, lagging and non-standardised. Monash University’s Future Building Initiative (FBI) is leading research into the different methods and approaches for improving productivity in construction through the lenses of product, process and people, Working in close collaboration with Lendlease Digital. The research explores how the capture, analysis and use of data can contribute to waste reduction, quality assurance, and improvements in efficiency and effectiveness in the building industry. This research is funded by Building 4.0 CRC.
