We are excited to launch Help! I’m Ageing – Ageing Well. Living Well. a new six-part podcast series answering the big questions we face as we get older, with real evidence, real stories, and honest conversations.

Hosted by Dr Taya Collyer, lead biostatistician at the NCHA, and Tracy Parish, broadcaster and medical research journalist, the series brings together leading researchers, healthcare experts and people with living experience and we'll discover new approaches grounded in evidence.

Meet the hosts

Dr Taya Collyer is the lead biostatistician at the NCHA Healthy Ageing Data Platform and loves diving into medical data to uncover the stories behind the statistics. If there’s a dataset to explore, Taya is in her element!

Tracy Parish is a former broadcaster who now specialises in medical research communication and podcasting! She loves talking to people, hearing their stories, and bringing conversations to life through interviews. Tracy works closely with the NCHA comms team to help share important research and health information in an engaging and accessible way.
