Seniors Lifestyle Victoria supports older Victorians to navigate the healthcare system so they can stay active, stay strong and stay connected.

The Seniors Lifestyle Victoria program offers access to a range of services to support participants to stay independent and well. This includes support with physical activity, nutrition, medication management, and social connection.
A coordinator will work with the participant to understand their health and wellbeing needs and develop a plan that supports their goals. Participation in the Seniors Lifestyle Victoria program is free.
