The full MPMP instrument fleet is listed on our main page and includes a broad suite of mass spectrometry instruments coupled to nano-flow and capillary-flow HPLC systems, as well as liquid handling platforms and complementary sample preparation technologies.

This page highlights the key instruments and platforms prioritised for Biomarker Discovery Node projects. These include the Seer SP200 for fully automated Seer Proteograph One plasma proteomics workflows, and the PIXUL Mega sonicator for tissue and FFPE sample preparation.

At the Clayton node, where BMD is housed, our core discovery MS instruments include the Orbitrap Astral and Orbitrap Astral Zoom, which deliver high-performance depth, sensitivity and throughput for discovery proteomics projects. The Stellar MS is also available to support later-stage validation workflows, including targeted MS assays and absolute quantitation of selected biomarker candidates
