Our Instruments
The RNA Mass Spectrometry platform features two flagship systems, Orbitrap Ascend Structural Biology Tribrid Mass Spectrometer from Thermo Fisher Scientific and timsTOF Pro 2 from Bruker. The RNA mass spectrometry platform has also access to a Triple Quadrupole (QQQ) mass spectrometers in the Monash Proteomics and Metabolomics Platform.
