  • Grant Writing for Women

    This pilot program is designed for early to mid-career researchers to improve their performance on research grant submissions. The workshop series consist of three half day sessions personalised feedback. Best suited to applicants who have a limited experience in developing competitive research grants.

  • Advancing Women’s Research Success Grant

    This grant supports the career progression of early to mid-career high potential female academic staff with significant carer responsibilities and assists the university in fostering talent to progress women to senior roles at Monash.

    Applications for the 2018 Program are now open.

  • Senior Women's Shadowing Program

    We are committed to gender equity and increasing the representation of women in senior roles. The Senior Women's Shadowing Program aims to enhance the leadership capabilities of high potential women and assist them to progress to senior roles at Monash.

    Applications for the 2018 Program will open early 2018.

  • Women's Mentoring Program

    The Women's Mentoring Program runs biennially and supports the career progression and development of female professional and academic staff. The program facilitates mentoring partnerships which provide women  with opportunities to reflect on and grow their leadership capabilities, build professional skills and more effectively navigate Monash.

  • Academic Promotion Information Sessions for Women

    Did you know the number of female applicants for promotion has doubled over the past ten years? Academic Promotion Information Session for Women have a long history at Monash. They are held each year between February and March. You can find videos of academic promotion info session on the Academic Promotion website.
