Advancing Women’s Success Grant
This grant supports the career progression of early to mid-career academic women with caregiving responsibilities and assists the university in fostering talent to progress women to senior roles at Monash.
Senior Women's Leadership Program (Planned for 2027)
We are committed to gender equity and increasing the representation of women in senior roles. The Senior Women's Leadership Program aims to enhance the leadership capabilities of high potential women and assist them to progress to senior roles at Monash.
