Virtual Work Experience

VIRTUAL WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAM 2020

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the world of healthcare and gain the skills necessary to make a positive impact in the world? Here’s how you can do it with our two-day virtual work experience program.

Using online collaborative tools, our unique two-day program will increase access to work experience opportunities for students from across Australia. Our program will employ small group teaching techniques and methods (6-8 students in each group) and give participants an opportunity to:

  • learn about health careers and pathways to study them at Monash
  • learn interpersonal skills that healthcare workers require
  • gain knowledge that is helpful in solving healthcare problems
  • interact with medicine, nursing and allied healthcare students
  • practice healthcare skills and participate in hands-on workshops
