Chelsea Lanos

Chelsea Lanos is a Canadian Advanced Care and Community Paramedic with a growing wealth of research experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ottawa, and an MSc in Critical Care from Cardiff University, with a dissertation focused in exploring organ donation potential after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Canada.
Chelsea holds multiple concurrent engagements in both clinical research and paramedic education and is a strong advocate for paramedic led research. She is a published researcher and has presented award winning research findings at conferences internationally. Her evolving program of research is focused on organ and tissue donation opportunities from the out of hospital environment, with a desire to evoke policy change in Canada. Chelsea's other research interests include medical ethics, palliative and end-of-life care, and resuscitation science.
