Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds another layer of security to your data by verifying your identity when you log into My.App.
When you register your mobile number for MFA, we’ll send a one-time code to your mobile device for your use to log in. We’ll send a fresh code every time you log in.
This means, if somebody has your login details, unless they have your mobile phone as well, they won’t be able to log in.
Your personal data is important. By registering for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you can be sure that it’s only you logging into your account and accessing your data.
There are several error messages that may be displayed during MFA registration.
