Great Ocean Road
About this program
Selected students will be enrolled in unit BEX3722 or BEX5722 for the T1-57 teaching period.
In this program, students will draw on the knowledge gained throughout their studies to explore business opportunities and successes in Apollo Bay and along the Great Ocean Road coastline – an iconic region offering diverse enterprises and strong examples of global business practice.
Students will examine cases of commercial, social and environmental sustainability in the context of a rapidly changing world, developing critical thinking, decision-making and business planning skills. The program emphasises how businesses balance competing priorities when evaluating future directions and building sustainable ventures.
Through industry engagement and applied learning, students will also gain insight into how changes in the business and social landscape have driven transformation across sectors. This experience supports students in planning their future careers, with a strong focus on the role of critical thinking in professional practice.
Students are required to attend an on-campus learning day on 10 February 2027.
